Thaitory – Restaurant Interior Design, Greystanes

Following in the footsteps of the existing Thaitory store in Plumpton, the Greystanes venue builds on the established look, feel and material palette while introducing a fresh expression of the brand. Drawing on the colour, energy and character of Thai culture, the design creates a space that feels authentic, welcoming and distinctly Thaitory, with a dynamic street-food-inspired mural bringing movement and playfulness to the interior. Hidden within the artwork is a subtle nod to the owners’ family, adding a personal layer for customers to discover and a meaningful detail within the overall design.
The project demonstrates how considered interior design in Sydney can preserve an established hospitality identity while giving each venue its own sense of place.
