Wine Not is a contemporary fusion restaurant inspired by Asian design influences, combining refined materials with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior balances stainless steel detailing with natural, earthy tones, creating a contrast between modern industrial elements and softer finishes. A stainless steel counter forms a key design feature within the space, complemented by warm brown acoustic panels and upholstered seating that add texture and depth. The restrained material palette creates a cohesive environment that is both functional and visually considered, reflecting the restaurant’s modern approach to fusion dining.
The project extends Kreativ’s Sydney interior design experience into the Lake Macquarie region through a calm, commercially practical hospitality setting.
